Warranties

Suntamer Solar Control film is guaranteed against defects for a period of FIVE (5) years when properly cared for.

This guarantee is made in lieu of all other warrantees, expressed or implied by Seller and liability for damages here under shall in no case exceed the purchase price of the product and seller shall not be liable for any other injuries, loss or damage, direct of consequential. This warrantee does not cover glass breakage and is void if the product has been subject to abuse, improper care, loose or improperly set panes, improper grouting, acts of God, or other conditions beyond the sellers control, or if installed by anyone other than company personnel. Labor warrantee is for Five (5) years. This warrantee is nontransferable.
